- We stand behind our patterns and inspect each one carefully to insure it is complete.
- All pattern envelopes are opened, all pieces counted and instructions are checked to make sure they are complete.
- We do not list patterns if adjustments have been made - the only exception is length - if a pattern is cut for "shorter" length, we will note that, and whether or not the extensions are included.
- Sometimes we will list a pattern that has a minor piece that is missing, and we will note that in the description as well.
- The measurements we list are from the back of the pattern envelope.
- Please note that vintage patterns often have significant envelope wear.
- We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment with tracking numbers.
- Patterns are placed in a plastic bag prior to shipping.
